At voco Grand Central Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Nights Team Member…

We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time (35 hours), working shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.  At voco Hotels we are reliably different, the trusted name above the door but with a distinctive character. We believe that everyone is a host and are looking for someone who can help us create memorable experiences for our guests. 

We are paying £12.00 per hour, all hours worked paid for.

As a Front Office Nights Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible to do ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, in addition to running the night audit. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel! To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: 

  • Experience working as a Nights Receptionist/Auditor, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is highly beneficial 
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests! 
  • Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus 
  • Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
