We're looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport on a part-time basis.

Located in the heart of Mascot suburban, the hotel is near completion of all 252 rooms renovation, the modern rooms are designed to make our guests smile. From the comfortable beds, 55 inch TVs, Nespresso Pod machines, free Wi-Fi and soundproof windows with black out blinds, our rooms are designed to make our guests forget the outside world, and enjoy their time with us.




Your day to day

As Night Auditor, you will be assisting the Night Manager with all overnight operations & Night Audit Procedures, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of Guest Services.   You will have excellent attention to detail and able to anticipate guest needs to deliver a memorable stay.

This role is ideal for someone whose lifestyle fits the working night schedule, enjoys working with numbers, and who wants to develop their leadership and technical capability within a supportive environment.




What we need from you

  • Experience with Opera PMS preferred
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card & First Aid certificate required
  • Valid Australian Driver's license preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer service
  • Positive, reliable and flexible attitude
  • Right to Legally work in Australia
