InterContinental Wellington is looking for a Night Audit Service Agent to join our night team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your day to day
In this vital role, you will be working across departments, such as room service and front office operations, to ensure guests’ experiences are not only personalised but exceed their expectations. This multi-functional role uses your engaging and warm personality to interact with guests and the night team while adapting and providing efficient reactions.
What we need from you
• You’ll have a passion for providing enhanced experiences
• A strong sense of reliability
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment will be held in high regard
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexibility with days of the week and be able to work from 11pm to 7.30am.
