We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will maintain the hotel positioning and image as a 5-star property. Maintain strong relations with media. Set the CSR strategy for the hotel and connect with the local community. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be delivering:


  • Help Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team goals to maximize hotel profitability. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan and business plan, and financial plans.
  • Create and implement Marketing plans and set budgets that help promote room, food & beverage and banquet sales.
  • Liaise with Director of Sales & Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
  • Create and develop special events and PR events to showcase the hotel to potential clients, and to connect with the local community.
  • Attend events locally and nationally to promote the hotel and to build a profile and increase marketing opportunities for the hotel.
  • Enhance the image of the hotel within local community
  • Maintain good communication with regional Marketing & Communication personnel and implement corporate initiatives.
  • Overlook the production of hotel collateral, marketing material and advertising plans.
  • Develop online marketing plans for the hotel and overlook social media and Ecommerce channels.
  • Ensure system delivery targets are met for rooms revenue by ensuring content and pictures on all OTA websites is up to date and the hotel is ranking high in search results on all OTA websites.
  • Ensure the hotel is appearing high in search results for the relevant keywords on all Google feeder market networks to achieve system delivery targets.
  • Ensure hotel promotions are delivered to the right audience through print and on-line promotions.
  • Manage the hotel websites ensuring updates are taking place on time.
  • Maintains guest lists and invitations to VIP guests.
  • Oversee hotel photography making sure it follows brand guidelines


  • Direct day-to-day Marketing activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. 
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance. 
  • Educate, train and motivate PR & Communication teams to achieve goals. Ensure staff has the information, on all promotional activities taking place at the hotel 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key figures of the community and outside contacts i.e. guests, government VIPs, charity organisation.
  • Keep good relationships with corporate level team members for PR, Content and Social media and ensure their trainings and buy-ins are always mandated.



  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and six or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team. 
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak English language. 
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often. Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, etc. 
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is an asset
