At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Team!

The role of our Marketing Manager will be to support the Commercial Performance of InterContinental London Park Lane, through strategically planned Hotel Marketing Activities and demonstrate the leadership by sourcing, supporting, and growing the talent in the Marketing team.

A crucial part of this role will be able to lead by creating strong internal working partnerships and establish clear channels of communication within the Commercial Marketing team. You will follow the marketing trends and identify the best on-line and off-line channels to deliver results.

Our Marketing Managers have:

  • 3+ years working in the Hotel Based Marketing Team
  • 2+ years leading a marketing team.
  • The ability to demonstrate relevant cross-functional experience and/or in-depth knowledge of relevant functional topics
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to “take people with you”.
  • Strong EQ, the position deals with many stakeholders and many different personalities.
  • Experience in leading teams effectively
  • Proven track record of delivering results

 




What we need from you

We are committed to offer and provide our Marketing Managers with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits:

  • Salary up to £65,000.00 + annual sales bonus and great IHG perks!
  • 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, and this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata)
