Your day to day

Under the direction of the Area Director of Finance & Business Support, as the Manager of Finance & Business Support, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of hotel financial information, in keeping with the IHG accounting manual for full service hotels. You'll also uphold IHG standards for internal controls and support and champion a constant drive for continued improvement in financial performance whilst maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and employee engagement. On the daily you'll be interacting with key stakeholders and department leaders in providing analysis and recommendations to facilitate sound decision making across the entire business.


What we need from you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The right to work in Australia
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager of Finance/Manager of Finance
  • Hotel industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing people
  • Qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Business preferred
  • An eye for detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work engage with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
