Duties include: 与主管和人力资源经理共同确保员工业绩的高效性,职责如下: • Prepare induction programs for new employees and allocate sufficient time for their implementation 为新员工准备工作纪要并为他们的执行安排充分的时间 o Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member 指导员工的培训工作与部门的标准及程序保持一致,并针对每一个员工的表现做好记录。 o Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines 指导查看和鉴定评估使其符合公司的方针。 o Ensure new staff attend Corporate Orientation within first month of hire 确保新员工在受雇的第一个月内参加企业定位的学习。 o Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance 指导、训练员工,与员工进行交流,接收员工的反馈信息有利于提高工作业绩。

Your day to day

• Oversee the implementation of linen room standards and procedures 监督布草房的标准和程序的执行。 • Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis 在现行运作的基础上,对标准和培训需求作出改进建议。 • Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all linen room systems 掌握目前的、全面的布草房体系的相关知识。 • Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over 开放和封闭的轮班确保有效地移交工作 • Distribution and collection of keys 分发和收取钥匙。 • Management of all incoming and outgoing calls to Linen Department 控制洗衣房内外部的电话沟通。 • Solve employee grievances 安抚和处理员工的不平情绪 • Direct task allocations and change according to volume and peak periods 根据指导任务的分配及改变。 • Perform quality inspections 负责工作的质量检查 • Liaise with Housekeeping for guest and hotel requirements 根据客人和酒店要求与客房部保持联系。 • Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner 确保员工制服和酒店布草及时被处理和递送。 • Co-ordinate special projects (eg equipment routine service; stock inventories) 调整特殊方案(设备的日常维护、盘点库存) • Manage all special requests made by guests 处理客人的特殊需求。 • Ensure consistency within the department 确保部门内部的一致性。 • Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities and the location of these 确保熟知所有房型、布局、家具和相关场所的信息。 • Supervise linen storage areas 监督管理布草房的库房区域。 • Maintain adequate stock levels 保存足够的库存量。  • Complete stock takes as required 完成所要求的库存量 • Maintain stock levels 保持库存量。 • Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known 管理排班事项以确保酒店的活动和运作的要求众所周知。
