Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an On-Property Sales Manager, Leisure. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Director of Leisure Sales and Business Development and have a strong background in the International Market, Consortia, and with RFPs. This includes experience in hotel sales, especially within the luxury hospitality industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute sales strategies, work closely with the Luxury and Leisure Global Sales Organization, and build relationships with key clients.
 
The successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of the luxury hotel market and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You must have a robust network of contacts within the industry, both domestically and internationally, which you can leverage to drive sales and revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry contacts
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Reporting on sales performance and providing regular updates to senior management

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, and within the luxury hotel industry
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A strong network of contacts within the luxury hotel industry, including international and consortia contacts.
  • Experience with RFPs and managing the response process.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

What you can expect from us: 

The annual pay range for this role is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

 

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
