Your day to day

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Consultant to join our Global Leadership Development team, at a real point of progression.

This is a busy and dynamic core support role. You will be working within a close-knit, professional yet engaging team. You will be confident at managing senior stakeholder relationships as well as escalating issues when required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop, deliver and maintain content and platform integrity across associated Global Leadership Development programmes, including:

  • IHG General Manager Programme
  • Leading Others
  • Harvard Business Publishing

 Lead and maintain a positive rapport with key GLD stakeholders to:

  • Drive social learning engagement across all GLD platforms
  • Ensure continuous development of GLD offerings
  • Explore undiscovered opportunities

Own and manage the key day-to-day activities associated with the IHG General Manager Programme:

  • Social learning interactions
  • General enquiries



What we need from you

Experience  

  • Operational hospitality background (preferred)
  • Highly organised and ability to manage time critical requests
  • Ability to pick up new ways of working, new systems and skills quickly

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Technologically and social media savvy
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills based on emotional intelligence
  • Hunger to succeed, and find the answer
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and leadership development
  • Expert verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of a global organisation
