2、协助厨师进行饭菜烹调工作和一般性的厨房工作。
3、按照每日生产量计划进行工作。
4、确保始终向所有营业场所提供足够的设备和干净的器皿。
5、收集垃圾并保持垃圾桶和废物间的清洁。
6、保持清洁，并定期对员工就餐区域进行检查，以确保其整洁和物品供应。
7、开餐准备和饭菜烹调。
8、协助食物装盘工作。
9、协助接收和储存货物 。
10、坚持卫生标准和规定。
11、积极采取节省成本的措施。
12、尽可能进行资源再利用。
13、按业务要求开展工作。
该职位需要兼顾贵阳机场假日酒店及贵阳机场智选假日酒店的同岗位工作内容。
