Your day to day

• Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas • 熟悉酒店所有公共区域。 • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner • 确保及时完成日常保洁工作。 • Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently • 有效地处理应急事件。 • Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions • 与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜,汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。 • Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings • 参与客房部部门会议。 • Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs • 掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。 • Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests • 熟悉酒店情况,向客人提供相关信息。 • Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests • 乐于帮助客人,并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。 • Complete tasks as directed by Management • 完成管理层交办的工作。 • Refer major complaints to management • 向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉。 • Operate equipment safety and sensibly • 安全正确地使用保洁设备。 • Maintain stock levels • 合理保持保洁用品的存货量。 • Recycle where possible • 尽可能对资源进行再利用 • Works in line with business requirements • 按照业务要求开展工作
