Your day to day• Attend to all emergencies, give first aid and in the case of serious incidents accompany colleagues to hospital • Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms and approve for payroll and audit purposes • Implement and maintain all administration regarding health care, sick leave documentation and medical filing for all colleagues • Ensure the absolute hygiene of the clinic and that its equipment and tools used for medical treatment are disinfected and sterilized • Send patients to hospital if the diagnosis required • Purchase the adequate quantity of medical supplies from officially recognized pharmacies for the clinic and maintain the records of expenditure for audit purposes • Maintain all First Aid Boxes so they are adequately stocked • Supervise Welfare Assistant to ensure that team members’ facilities are maintained and all activities are running well • Administering employee health and welfare plans • Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from team members. • Maintain to keep updating notice board, checking the notice board on daily bases. •Sending birthday greetings and distribution of birthday card to all colleagues • Prepare and keep up-to date the monthly welfare calendar • Supervise all activities such as monthly team gathering and programs, team recognition and administration.
What we need from you• Preferably with Nursing background • Female • Knowledgeable and experienced in MS Offices (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Administration background is an edge • People Person
