Your day to day

Join us as our new Head Concierge:

For this key position, your main duties will be:

  • Welcome guests and make sure their stay is pleasant by providing a highly personalized service.
  • Advise, respond to guest requests and book activities.
  • Keep yourself informed and update tourist information given to guests.
  • Manage the Bellboy and Concierge team.
  • Ensures standards and SOPs are respected in your service.



What we need from you

From a Higher Education in Hospitality and recognized by the Golden Keys, you have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) and capacity (+200 rooms).

You are fluent in English and French, at a C1 level minimum. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable. Ideally you know how to use Opera.

Recognized for your strong people-orientation and attentive listening skills, you aim to provide the best service possible to each of your guests and to make them feel special. You are autonomous, proactive and you like to go the extra mile to create a wow effect. You are a well-organised, efficient and reliable team leader.
