Manage the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure quality standards are met while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报:

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on increasing productivity.参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划。监控预算、控制费用,重点是提升工作效率。
  • Maintain proper inventory levels managing cost per room for supplies and labour.维持适宜的库存水平,控制单位客房的消耗品与人力成本。

PEOPLE 员工团队:

  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.处理员工日常事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,协助解决各种员工矛盾,提高团队成员的绩效。
  • Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.教育和培训员工遵守国家、各省市与地方的法律和安全法规。确保员工接受适当的培训,保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。
  • May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods.可能需要在高峰时段协助客房部员工工作,并协助彻底清洁项目。

GUEST EXPERIENCE 宾客体验:

  • Manage the quality of housekeeping and laundry services. Schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, rooms, equipment, linens, public restrooms, lobby, etc. are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.负责客房部与洗衣房服务质量。安排所有客房和公共区域的常规检查,确保家具、客房、设备、床上用品、公用卫生间、大堂区域的整洁并得到及时养护,确保宾客满意。
  • Carry out the special needs and requests of guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and club members.满足普通宾客、贵宾、常客和优悦会员提出的特别要求。
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.对宾客的投诉予以回应,确保采取相应的行动予以解决或改正,达到宾客满意度。

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS 企业责任:

  • Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling, and cleaning agents).及时、高效订购各种所需物资和设备,降低浪费,促进“绿色”环保(如:循环使用容器、节约清洁剂等)。

 




Your day to day

High School Diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus four years of housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

高中、中等教育或同等学历,4年客房部或洗衣房工作经验,有同等规模酒店工作经验及管理岗位工作经验者优先。具大专教育学历者优先。英语表达必须流畅。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
