Join us as a Guest Services Supervisor in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can,

Your day to day

• Assist and supervise front office operations during assigned shift.
• Maintenance of guest information.
• Maintenance of information about local events.
• Compile occupancy statistics.
• Supervise the use of public address system.
• Supervise group bookings.
• Manage guest's requests and feedbacks.
• Conduct on the job training in accordance with departmental standards and procesures and maintains a record of progress for each trainees and team member.

What we need from you

• High School education with a minimum of 3 to 4 years' relevant experience in guest services/hotel experience.
• Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Has good writing skills, problem solving and organisation abilities.
