Join us as a Guest Services Officer in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can,

Your day to day:

• Manage the daily activities at the Executive Club Lounge operation and support the activities relevant to the Front Desk and Bell Services.
• Assist with guests' inquiries and providing F&B services such as setting up and clearing tables, drink services at the Executive Club Lounge.
• Conduct daily food & beverage inventory after the Executive Club Lounge operating hours.
• Ensure smooth operation at Executive Lounge such as prepare buffet set-up for breakfast and evening cocktail.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club lounge and pantry area.
• Adhere to the safe working policy, procedures and practices.

What we need from you

• High school education with 1 year relevant experience in guest/customer services/food & beverage field.
• Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
