Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is looking for a Part-Time Guest Service Officer to join the Front Office team.




Your day to day

As the Guest Services Officer will be the first contact with guests who are entering via the front gate and ensuring the resort is safe for guests and employees and make sure the guests have a great stay.

The role is primarily a weekend, night role; you will be required to work 6pm to 6am. You may be required to work Full-Time during school holiday periods.




What we need from you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve when responding to guest issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities workload
  • Ability to be on your feet during your shift, as you will be required to walk around the Resort grounds
  • Be able to work nights, weekends and school holiday periods
