Crowne Plaza Perth is on the hunt for an experienced Guest Services Agent who knows how to make their guests shine with a smile. The Guest Services Agent role is Part Time, with flexibility for Full Time. 

Your day to day

As the Guest Services Agent you will be responsible for the guest experience, from the arrival to the departure, you will make our guests feel at home. As the main point of contact you will respond to guest queries about Perth’s local delicacies to the best way to get to our many attractions. You will be actively seeking opportunities to build our loyalty memberships, whilst making the IHG reward members feel loved.

You will work closely with the Guest Experience Managers to deliver on our promise of True Hospitality and will have the opportunity to showcase your bubbly personality to our guests.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrate a good attention to detail and be solutions focused
  • Strong organisational skills, time management skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per WA government mandate
