Your day to day

As an Guest Service Agent you'll report to the Hotel Services Assistant Manager and be responsible for providing information to our guests regarding the resort's facilities & activities, you'll also have excellent knowledge on our local wineries and restaurants. You'll provide a level of service that will ensure our loyal IHG Rewards Club guests feel recognised & valued and be empowered to solve problems. As the first and last point of contact, you'll ensure our guests stay is memorable.

 




What we need from you

This ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • Experience in reservations/front office/reception
  • Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload

You must have the legal right to work in Australia
