Your day to day

As Guest Relations Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Front Office leadership team to provide personalised, world class service to our guests. Here at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay we believe anything is possible. As the Guest Relations manager you will work proactively to bring true luxury guest experiences to life. You will be experienced in the luxury hospitality sector and proficient across all functions of the operation, while having the ability to think strategically and effectively to achieve departmental goals.

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a similar position in front desk or guest service position in a luxury environment.
  • Problem solving skills – be able to handle guest issues efficiently and effectively. This includes clear communication, accountability, prompt resolution.
  • Be tech-savvy – you will need to be fluent in Property Management System.
