Your day to day

As our Guest Relations Manager, you will encouraging feedback from guests, you will investigate and respond to any guest compliments or complaints whether they be direct, via Head Office or online, and ensure that all addressed and the appropriate action is taken. The role requires frequent liaison will all departments but most specifically Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping, in order to ensure the smooth running of the guest experience. You will also display a strong presence in the hotel lobby, to meet and greet guests, answering any queries and directing them toward where they need to be. Our Guest Relations Managers manage the administration of the arrivals list and highlight amenities for IHG Rewards Club Members and other VIP guests. You will play an integral role by offering specialist skills and knowledge to the wider food and drink offering, which naturally live our values, promote the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand and our hotel’s reputation.


What we need from you

A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar capacity in Hospitality Industry with good educational background will be an advantage, also cleanliness and personal hygiene level must be apparent and consistent. English being the common language used between colleagues at InterContinental Jeddah and fluent knowledge of the Arabic language is a must.
