We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our amazing team.
Your day to day
As a Guest Experience Supervisor your role will be supporting the day-to-day running of Front Office Department by welcoming guest, answering calls, handling inquiries and delivering excellent guest experience.
What we need from you
Ideal candidate should have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: • Minimum two year of experience in Front Office or similar in a 5* hotel and/or resort. • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •Flexible Shift
