FINANCIAL RETURNS:

•Participate in the preparation of the Front Desk section operating budget and financial plans together with Duty Manager.
•Committed to increase revenue by promoting IHG Rewards Club to the guest.
•Contribute to increase the resort revenue by up selling rooms and cross selling the resort outlets as well.
•Preparing accurate billings and charges to our guests.

PEOPLE:

•Active participation in trainings provided by the resort and by the department to ensure and establish performance and
 development goals for the team
•Familiarize in compliance with the state, local laws and safety regulations.
•Ensure team members are trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
•Ensure team members are trained on systems, security and service and quality standards.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

•Provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition.
•Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.
•Ensure that the room status is accurate at all times by updating it as changes take place recording rooms as   occupied, check-out,
 vacant and paying particular attention to incoming VIPs or out of order rooms
•Guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit
 feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

•Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relation to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety. Develop
 and maintain relationships with local fire, police, and emergency personnel.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
