Your day to day

As a Graphic Design & Content Marketing Executive, you’ll promote and maintain good digital presence in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. You’ll also assist in planning, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Digital Marketing activities. From monitoring all social media channels for trending activities on social platforms to email marketing to paid advertising campaigns and content marketing, there’s always a new trend, a best practice or a new tool to learn about.

Your Day to Day


  • Develops and implements promotional activities by coordinating with involved departments, writing, editing and producing original social content
  • Design and layout of required digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations
  • Assist superior in managing all digital related matters such as planning and scheduling social media posts
  • Be a part of the creative process, come up with creative ways to promote content, events and engage our followers
  • Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events.

Guest Experience

  • Observe social media channels for activities. Engage all complaints, requests and inquiries from both clients and media and liaise with departments involved for handling
  • Establish and execute A/B testing
  • Prepare monthly online newsletters and promotions materials and organise distribution through various online media channels
  • Implement the social media calendar to support marketing and PR campaigns as developed by the Director of Marketing & Communications

Responsible Business

  • Open to sharing new ideas spontaneously that will assist to maximise and develop the business
  • Ensure brand standards and guidelines are in line during the course of creation of graphics for content
  • Using and researching the internet and new media to capture new audiences
  • Managing of company website (including all images, tools and content)
  • Manage the contact database in accordance to Personal Data Protection Act and assist with lead generation activities
  • Attention to details and accuracy

What we need from you

Ideally, we will need you to have at least 2 years of Graphic Designing experience. You are well verse in using Graphic Designing and Video Editing software. You are a team player and has at least a Diploma qualification.
