Your day to day
As General Manager for Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre you will manage the day to day leadership and direction of the hotel, maximising onsales and revenue and driving financial returns.
You’ll take ownership of the development of your people, execute on brand standards and build awareness of the hotel and brand within the local area.
You will bring your strong commercial capability (sales, marketing and revenue) to deliver strong returns, along with a very strong local knowledge of the KL hotel market as a General Manager to ensure this hotel continues it strong position in the market.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Leadership experience.
Five to ten years’ of prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience - commercial skills and experience will be essential
Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation
Previous leadership experience in Kuala Lumpur or city based in Malaysia
Must speak fluent English
