As our Hotel continues to grow we're looking for amazing people to join our Front Office team:

  • Front Office Supervisor (Full-Time)
  • Guest Service Agents (Full-Time or Part-Time)
  • Porter (Full-Time or Part-Time)



Your day to day

Guest Service Agent - you’ll be responsible for checking our guests in & out, providing information and a level of service that will ensure our guests feel recognised & valued. You’ll also be empowered to resolve guest issues as they arise during daily operations. As the first & last point of contact, you'll ensure each guests’ stay is memorable.

Front Office Supervisor - you’ll be responsible for leading shifts efficiently and effectively, supporting your team in daily operations. You’ll have the ability to coordinate the service delivery of our Front Office team, with support from your leaders. Most importantly you’ll be a true brand ambassador in everything you do. Our environment is fast-paced & it’s all about creating luxury experiences for our guests while growing & developing our talent.

Porter - you’ll join our Concierge team welcoming our guests with personalised service & seamlessly assisting their journey either arriving or leaving the hotel. You’ll be working to ensure every guest has a memorable experience by connecting them with their room, hotel facilities & efficiently moving their bags securely to their rooms.

 




What we need from you

Guest Service Agent & Porter

  • 1+years’ experience in customer service or similar role, knowledge of hotel operations is desirable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service & memorable guest experiences
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
  • Opera/Technical skills - proficiency with Opera or another PMS System is preferred but not essential
  • Flexible to work weekends & evenings across a 7-day roster
  • You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence, not Learner's (for Porter role only)

Front Office Supervisor

  • 2+ years experience in hospitality & leadership. Experience working in a large hotel in a Front Office/Guest Relations environment is desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead & develop a team, improve guest satisfaction & maintain standards 
  • A proactive approach to developing & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, written & communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & prioritise workload
  • Opera/Technical skills - proficiency with Opera or another PMS System is preferred but not essential
