About Us

1.Monitor front desk personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.

监督员工的对客关系事宜,确保通过对客人的认知和关注,提高客人对酒店整体入住体验的满意度。

2.Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to Assistant Front Office Manager if he/she unable to assist.

关注客人的投诉,需求及需要,如无法解决将问题汇报至值班经理。

3.Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner; and makes recommendations to guests based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

及时准确的回应所有客人的要求,并通过自己的专业知识为客人提供最好的建议。

4.Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures.

了解任何财务政策和程序的变动。

5.Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery.

与其他部门及相关合作者保持沟通,确保优质服务。

 

 

 

 




Your day to day

1.Excellent Communication and Presentation ability.

优秀的沟通表达能力。

2.Fluent English.

英语流利。

3.Working Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience at Front Desk.

至少1年相关工作经验。
