1.Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure

确保通过对客人的认知和关注,提高客人对酒店整体入住体验的满意度。

2.Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures

根据已制定的工作标准,为所有客人提供登记入住及房间介绍服务。

3.Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to Assistant Front Office Manager if he/she unable to assist

关注客人的投诉,需求及需要,如无法解决将问题汇报至值班经理

4.Has full knowledge of Regent Hotels standards.

熟知丽晶酒店标准。

5.Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities

宣传推广酒店内部的设施。

6.Ensure all repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.

确保所有的回头客及其他重要客人得到特别的认知和服务。

7.Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with Regent personal presentation standards

保持符合酒店标准的仪容仪表。

8.Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner; and makes recommendations to guests based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

及时准确的回应所有客人的要求,并通过自己的专业知识为客人提供最好的建议。
