Your day to day

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the retail shop's product offerings, including luxury items, souvenirs, and exclusive merchandise. Stay informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and any promotional events.
  • Offer detailed product information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Actively engage customers to increase sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals established by the retail shop management.
  • Use suggestive selling to encourage customers to explore additional products.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space.
  • Participate in arranging and replenishing merchandise on the shop floor.
  • Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
  • Perform inventory checks, assist in restocking inventory, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in regular stocktaking activities.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Computer literacy, relevant certifications or additional training in sales and customer service can be advantageous.
