Your day to day

  • Performs general maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Performs and assists with routine preventive maintenance related to all hotel equipment, small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools, and general plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Performs and assists with general preventative maintenance, such as replacing ceiling tiles, and light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc.
  • Ensures building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building stays in good condition, maintaining "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, trash removal, and gardening).
  • Contributes to checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems, and making minor repairs and/or replacements.
  • Refurbish and/or paint furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows, and counters.
  • Where applicable, service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters; completing proper documentation.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


What we need from you

  • Ability to diagnose mechanical and non-mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
  • Ability to assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Communicate efficiently with other departments pertaining to guest room conditions.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas and storage rooms.
  • Attend any/all training/meetings as required.
  • Maintain regular attendance standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
  • Hotel Experience is a must. 

What we offer

Job - Full Time 

Pay - $11 starting. Pay will be re-evaluated after 3 months.
