Your day to day

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Manager to join the team and support through maternity cover. You and your team will provide guests and visitors with a warm welcome and great service. You will be someone who likes to get to know people, able to start a conversation and inspire our guests and colleagues to create wonderful memories. 

What we need from you

  • Star Quality! You will be front and centre of our stage!
  • Have a good understanding of local area, history and attractions
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, in a quality environment known for the delivery of the highest standards.
  • A working knowledge of all hotel operational departments.
  • Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
  • A problem solver so organisational and co-ordination skills
  • A great understanding of front office systems, training and motivating a team and fantastic organisational skills are essential.
  • Good understanding of financial procedures
