About Us

We are a newly opened Holiday Inn, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès which is 30 minutes from Barcelona City. A young, friendly and motivated team is waiting for you. The hotel is colorful, with modern furnished standard and superiour rooms, as well as two spacious suits. The open lobby concept and the rooftop terasse is the perfect space to relax. If the guests want to work outside their rooms we also offer a Business Corner. Free Wifi is guaranteed in the enitre hotel. We are also ready to host several meetings, events an banquetes in one or all of our six meetings room.

As Front Office Agent you’ll be there for all guest needs, you are in charge for IHG Heartbeat and Loyalty enrollments and the guest satisfaction and to make a smooth check in and out service. During the nights you need to close the end of shift and do trustful accounting work.

Your day to day


Manage everyday activities.
Speak and exchange with the Front Office Manager, the Accounting department and Reception team.



Hit all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability  
• Close the night shift and all cahiers correctly
Help prepare the arrivals for the next days and check reservations  
Check invoices

 Guest Experience  

Help guests - you’ll be happy to help if someone needs assistance with a request or complaint   
Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programms, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience   

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field  
Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 
Must speak local language   
Other languages preferred
