Your day to day

As a Director of Sales you will focus on:

Providing guests and clients with information to enhance guest experience

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts

Schedule group activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by sales

Raise awareness and reputation of our Staybridge and nurture brand loyalty

Identify improvements to marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance 

Unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get task done

What we offer

This is a top sales and marketing job in an extended stay hotel and will include meeting space facilities.  May manage professional level and administrative sales team members.  

We are requiring a Bachelor's degree/higher education qualification/ equivalent in marketing or related field.  

Two to four years experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.  

Must speak local language
