What’s on the Menu for Your Day-to-Day?- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide guests with a warm and memorable experience by serving food and drinks to the highest standard, whether at the bar or during events.
- Master the Art of Mixology: Prepare and serve beverages to perfection, showcasing our special drinks and event promotions.
- Event & Conference Service: Assist with the seamless delivery of event and conference luncheons, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Guest Satisfaction: Create a welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel special and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Support: Work closely with your colleagues to provide smooth and efficient service to customers across all F&B outlets.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the bar and dining areas are kept neat, organized, and inviting.
- Food Serving and Preparation: Preparing and serving food to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests.
- Recommend: Providing meal and/or beverage pairing recommendations upon request
- Appearance: Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the food & beverage outlets
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role.
- Event Service: Experience with events and conference luncheons is a plus.
- Confident and Outgoing: The ability to confidently approach guests and “Dare to Connect” to create positive interactions.
- Responsible Service Certifications: Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Safety Certification.
- Flexibility: Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Right to Work in Australia: Applicants MUST have current legal right to work in Australia.
