Provide timely, efficient and courteous service to guests, members and visitors. Maintain fitness club facilities in accordance with established order and cleaning standards. Reporting maintenance and maintenance issues to supervisors. Familiar with hotel facilities, activities, equipment, services and other related information in order to provide accurate information to guests. Familiar with all the facilities of the hotel in order to sell to the guests. Guarantee adequate supply of guests'supplies, towels, cloth, etc. _Comply with the hotel's procedures for the issuance and recycling of swimming pool towels. Communicate with related departments, such as laundry, housekeeping and engineering department, to provide excellent service to customers. _Develop activities and services for guests, members and registered children, make relevant instructions and remind them of safety. _Comply with the hotel's rules, policies and working procedures. Regular inspections of swimming pools to ensure that they meet clean standards. _To charge the guests and visitors for the use of swimming pools and gymnasiums correctly, and to charge the fees to the room bill according to the working procedure. Participate in scheduled training activities. Actively participate in staff activities. _Comply with the prescribed standards of hygiene and personal appearance. Participate in activities related to environmental protection.
