Prepare and execute F & B sales activities.
Following the highest member coverage, total revenue generated.
Tabulation of individual member usage by restaurant.
To possess a thorough knowledge of all menus, promotions and communications activities.
To be well versed with products and concepts of the restaurant.
Ensure that IHG and hotel specific brand standards and policies are correctly adhered to with regards to all restaurant sales activities.
Prepare, manage, monitor and analyze all promotional activities.
Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.
To maintain an updated competitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.
To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues for revenue streams on a monthly basis.
To prepare the restaurant promotional plan.
To maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and to solicit sponsorship for events.
To implement a report-based analysis that will evaluate demographics, in-house vs. outside covers etc. on a monthly basis.
To attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
