F&B Coordinator/Administration

Make your next career step a leap into Hospitality. We’re searching for F&B Coordinator/ Administration Assistant to step-up and provide key support to the Food & Beverage Department in all administrative matters relating to the hotel. 

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

● Working alongside the Food & Beverage Managers to ensuring administrative matters relating to menus, brand standards, food manuals and compliance are documented clearly and concisely 

● Support activity across the hotel including guest and employee related activations

● Maintaining local relationships as required with local community groups, government departments etc with regards to administrative compliance

● Assist in parts of the business where required at the direction of the EAM_F&B

What We need from you:

● Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospitality food & beverage department

● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks to tight deadlines

● High level of proficiency in Office 365 applications including email, word, excel

● High learning agility for computer based management programs

● Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of 

● Must speak local language(s)  

● Other languages preferred
