Your day to day
Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant
You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously some key skills. For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating great guest experiences.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and provide courteous service food and beverage to guests at the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include best service to the guests as per standards, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will deliver the information to the guest whenever it’s needed in order to boost up hotel sales.
What we need from you
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can work in a multi-tasking environment effectively, be enthusiastic, and positive in their nature, and have an excellent guest handling manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience working in the hospitality industry. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. English communication skill is a must and having experience in the bar will be an asset.
Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications.
