Your day to day
As Executive Chef you’ll direct all kitchen activities and prepare our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible overseeing and producing a wide range of quality products across our Restaurant, Bar, Club Lounge, High Tea, Event Spaces, Room Service and Rooftop Bar.
You will have passion, confidence, self-drive and up-to-date knowledge of new culinary trends.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel environment. You'll have experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP and will be proactive towards change and improvement. You'll have good business acumen, ethics, and attention to detail. Having proven experience to achieve and drive results, along with the ability to lead with a sense of urgency is desired; you will be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering culinary excellence.
The ability to work a rotating roster including, late evenings, weekends and public holidays and Australian work rights is also a must
