Your day to day

As an Executive Chef, you’ll manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You'll ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements. As the Executive Chef you assure that your department fallows all established Hotel Indigo brand and hotel’s policies and procedures; you are responsible to manage food cost and heath safety standard and ensure that they meet IHG standards. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, and One Team while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

What we need from you

A minimum of 7 - 12 years' experience in a similar capacity with a strong culinary education.

-7+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high paced setting.
-Culinary school completion preferred but not required.
-Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
-High level of creativity and reliability
-Flexible schedule required
-Familiarity with menu costing procedures
-Ability to speak Spanish a plus
