Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is currently seeking an Night Auditor to join our vibrant Front Office team.


Your day to day

During the overnight shift, all processes come together, and the Night Auditor plays a critical role in assisting in the smooth running of the close of day procedure and providing departments with critical reporting. You will enjoy problem solving and tracking down any discrepancies and other irregularities resulting from the night audit to ensure a smooth shift and handover. You will enjoy a fast paced, forward thinking environment all while focusing on efficient and outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guests experience at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is one to remember. Your responsibilities will include: • Audit of daily income postings and charges • Balancing of transactions for the day for the hotel • Preparation of ledgers for the Finance department • Daily shift reports • A variety of guest related and front office duties


What we need from you

The successful applicant must possess: • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story • An energetic, team focused and 'can do' attitude • Excellent grooming and presentation skills • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal • High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred • Strong attention to detail • Previous hotel experience in Front Office
