Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon, will reopen its doors after two years to embrace the community where it operates with the glaring luxury it represents.


Your day to day

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for responding to guests’ needs and resolving related problems, checking all correspondence for guest arrival dates ensuring all requests are met, analyzing and approving discounts and rebates, promoting in-house facilities sales, and monitoring appropriate standards of conduct, uniform and appearance of the front of house staff.


What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related fields • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a luxury Hotel environment with Front Office supervisory experience  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to understand and generate a variety of financial reports
