- 负责办理员工的入住、退宿、调房等工作，及时与社区沟通申报入住名册；
- 每日跟进宿舍基础维修；
- 每日巡查宿舍公区环境，确保宿舍公共区域的干净整洁，定期到宿舍内部检查做好相关记录报表；
- 每周进行宿舍安全及卫生检查；
- 随时关注宿舍安全状态，发现可疑情况及时处理和上报；
- 每月员工宿舍水电费报表制作。
