岗位职责
1、负责餐饮部行政管理工作,制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划。
2、实现部门的营业收入和利润指标。
3、协调与其他部门的工作，确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务。
4、制定餐厅推销策略，提高餐饮销售收入。
5、建全物资管理制度，对餐厅的设备、物资、用具等严格管理。
岗位要求
1. 优秀的中英文沟通和表达能力以及管理能力；
2. 至少10年的专业工作经验，在国际奢华品牌有过同等管理经验；
3、精通本部门的业务知识，熟练掌握中餐、西餐、酒吧，宴会服务等相关管理技能。
