Your day to day

Join us as our new Digital Marketing Manager.

For InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva, your main duties will be to:

  • Define and implement a digital strategy based on the global marketing strategy defined by the marketing and communication department on the main social networks.
  • Understand and evaluate current trends and dynamics and new user needs.
  • Work on a long-term strategy aimed at attracting visitors to websites by distributing high value-added, useful and relevant content.
  • Ensure successful local implementation (campaign plan, build, launch, measure) of strategies and sharing of best practices, to execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, AdWords optimization and key words.
  • Set up e-mailing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Design offers for customers in line with the annual marketing calendar, plan and coordinate the various implementation phases.
  • Make qualitative and quantitative reporting, analyze the return on investment (ROI) and take corrective actions.



What we need from you

With a Higher Degree in Digital Marketing, you have minimum 5 of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment is highly desirable. A proven experience in the creation of emailing campaigns. And knowledge in graphic design (Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Fluent French and English. Mastering German or another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of statistical tools (Google Analytics and Google AdWords), social networks and referencing (SEO and SEA) are required.
