An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative & savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join the team Part Time at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport. We are looking for a motivated & creative genius to support repositioning the hotel post a multi-million-dollar refurbishment of all guest rooms. 

Your day to day

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will entail the story telling for our customer journey by developing and implementation of the Hotel Marketing Plan, continuously evolving & developing strategies to market to our key customer segments.  You will ensure effective implementation of initiatives and coordinate production of promotional and program materials. 

Reporting to the  Director of Sales & Marketing, it's a diverse role which will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge of marketing different products and venues.  No two days are the same with strong focus on social marketing, content curation, EDM and Influencer campaigns, utilisation of IHG marketing tools, video & photo shoots and working new creative ideas across all areas of the hotel.

What we need from you

  • Ideally 1-2 years similar experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organising, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation
  • Experience in digital & social media marketing
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • An ability to manage time effectively - working on the priorities first 
  • The right to legally work in Australia
