The Sous Chef will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant in line with Regent hotels brand standards.
The Sous Chef responsible to manage the assigned kitchen, in line with the outlet's operating concept, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. He is accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen.
Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
Coordinates menus, staffing and food preparation.
Works with team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
Develops and trains team, and be comfortable to communicate with guests or media to represent the restaurant.
