|An AMER functional role that makes significant contributions to the AMER region as well as global hotels and partners. Providing comprehensive consultations and resolutions to hotel sales departments, IHG internal partners, such as FPS, RMH, Commercial, Global Sales, and travel agents. In doing so, fostering hotel owner/ operator and management company relationships. Handle incoming/outgoing consultations, as well as educational events, via calls, emails or via Microsoft Teams. Answer questions or provide information regarding brand initiatives, hotel standards and sales. Creates and coordinates escalation support in the AMER Region for technical and sales issues. Tracks, solves and reports and solve complicated RFP and negotiated rate issues impacting hotel revenue and performance. Provide support around sales education and sales operations.|
Creates special projects as required.
