The Kimpton Clocktower has a fantastic opportunity to join the team in the front office in our Guest Services / Concierge Role
A refuge in the capital of cool, with its clock tower and striking Victorian architecture, The Kimpton Clocktower, the Newest Kimpton in the UK is an unmistakable landmark in the city's skyline. A magnificent, terracotta Grade II listed building, with its Iconic Refuge Restaurant and Bar, the hotel is situated in the Manchester City Centre with unique event spaces for up to 1000 delegates and were proud to say that our ballroom is the largest single event space within the Northwest of England, want to be part of this Lifestyle Luxury property?
We are looking for Team members who can work Part or Full Time, so if you can work from 24 hours a week, covering Days, Evenings and working Weekends, this role would suit you.
Based at Kimpton Clocktower Manchester our Front Office Team Members will work closely within the operations team, as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, a FTSE 100 Company with a Global footprint that specialise in delivering True Hospitality for Good.

- £20,800 per annum, or £10.00 per hour, all overtime paid.

Your day to day

It’s important to remember your importance and reason for completing each job- Our guests! From the moment a guest arrives to check in, to the check in experience, helping with luggage, or dealing with guest queries. You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs within our hotel and it’s extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around these. This is a full guest facing role, where you play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience and it’s important to remain friendly, approachable and the best version of you whenever you come in to contact with one of our guests.
Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some customer service experience- Whether you have previously worked in a hotel in the front office team, work in customer facing customer service role, or want to progress your career in hospitality, this may be the role for you. Along with the above, you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards. Being organised and thriving on routine whilst comfortably and effectively managing peaks and downtime your own time will be an added bonus
