Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, "Corniche" a few minutes from the city's business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.


Your day to day

As a Concierge, You will responsible for : • Assisting guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related • Conducting effective shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and alert to any potential problems • Maintaining adequate supplies of forms, brochures and ensure they are presented in line with hotel standards


What we need from you

Ideally, you will have some or all of the following competencies and experience we are looking for: • 3-4 years experience in a Five stars Hotel , preferably in a direct guest contact department • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related fields • Excellent command of Oral and written Arabic and English
